Selecting the best entertainment for your important celebration can be an overwhelming task so we thought it would be helpful to provide some insight to the “stress-free” Ohio Pro DJ's planning process.

 

We summarized it with a six step process and listed it below for you to see.

 

Step 1: Upon contacting Ohio Pro DJ via the Contact page on this site, we will set up a face to face event consultation. The initial consultation is a great way for you to meet with your potential DJ/MC.  This is an opportunity to share your vision, and to learn about the many Entertainment Enhancement options available to you.  Additionally, the initial consultation is a great way to learn about our passion, talent, ability, and how Ohio Pro DJ will design our services around your style, taste, and budget.  (For out of state or non local couples, we can do a Skype virtual consultation as well).

 

Note: If you are not ready to sign a contract on the spot, you will have up to 2 weeks to decide if you'd like to book Ohio Pro DJ Mobile Entertainment for your event.

 

Step 2: Decision time.  At the end of the two week holding period, a decision will be required.  To secure your date, a signed contract and a $100 non-refundable retainer/deposit is required.  All major credit cards are accepted and we offer interest-free financing.  Contracts will be mailed or emailed to you along with access to our online planning system.

 

(Weddings Only) Step 3: Planning phase. During the planning phase, couples are encouraged to take advantage of the online planning tools.  There you can view or make changes to your itinerary, and create a music playlist.

 

(Weddings Only) Step 4: Event review. Approximately 1-2 weeks before the celebration, it is time for the final event review.  At this point your DJ/MC will go over all of the details regarding the celebration with you via email, or a  phone call. All Timeline Information, Music selections, and Entertainment Enhancement finalizations will all be addressed at this time. 

 

Step 5: Game day. By this point of the process, you should feel relieved and excited.  All of the planning has been completed and we will ensure each and every request or requirement is materialized at your celebration to perfection.  Now it is time to enjoy the celebration and be a guest at your own event, knowing Ohio Pro DJ has you covered for all entertainment items.
